Since its establishment in 1956, the Indian Workers Association (Southall) has played a pioneering role in supporting workers’ rights, challenging racism and discrimination, promoting equality, and strengthening the social, cultural, and civic life of our communities. This anniversary offers an opportunity to reflect on our proud history, celebrate our achievements, and look forward to the future with renewed purpose. The celebrations will bring together founding members, community leaders, trade unionists, supporters, friends, and future generations to commemorate the legacy of the Association through inspiring speakers, cultural performances, exhibitions, and special tributes and dinner.
